“Great! Took my car there for suspected transmission problems. They took their time to thoroughly check it out then recommended that I take it to a dealer for a suspected electrical problem. When I asked how much I owed them it was nothing! No charge for diagnostics. I was very impressed with them because they were so honest and took their time to explain why they had come to their conclusion. They could have gone ahead and told me I needed a lot of expensive (and needless) work done, but they treated me with ethics. I would recommend them to anyone and will return to them if the need ever arises.”

“I just wanted to give credit to Bright's Transmission for being one of the good guys. We have never been mislead or sold anything we didn't need. Out of three cars I had Bright's check in the past only one truly needed a transmission. The other two got a thumbs up and that was it. One of the cars I got a thumbs up on was taken to another shop prior to going to Bright's and I was told I need a $2,300.00 transmission rebuild. Bright's looked at the same car after and said I needed to have a mount replaced. I replaced the mount and the problem was solved. Honesty and good customer service mean something to me. If you don't want to get cheated go see these good folks. I spent $120.00 changing a mount vs $2,3000.00. You do the math.”
